Hi everyone!
Well, I'm a little over on my carbs, but I'm just guessing how many was in that cauliflower I ate.
Today I went up to my sister-in-laws house to help my other sister-in-law with my father-in-law. He doesn't talk too much (he's 84) so it is hard to sit with him for any length of time one-on-one. So I went up to help with the conversation (I guess I have a big mouth LOL)
I had to miss the Indy 500, which I love to watch. I've been there 2x! I am watching the coca-cola 600 right now. I love NASCAR!
I guess I am going to have to start thinking about what I'm going to bring for lunch on Tuesday. I have to plan ahead or my eating plan will crash and burn. Also, I have to think about what to make for dinner. I'm sure the last thing I'll want to do when I get home is cook. So I have to plan ahead!
It's beautiful out today, finally! I bought 2 rose bushes - 1 pink and 1 yellow. They are long stem with big spikey thorns, but they smell super good!
